YouGeniX

YouGeniX is the story of a genetically enhanced young man who must destroy the disastrously unethical company that created him after discovering its hidden dark side.

Within the show Jake Miller created, YouGeniX is the world's first designer baby company, meaning that its services genetically enhanced human beings just after fertilization so that they can be born with qualities considered "superior", like hyper-athleticism and disease immunity. It takes place in the present day and is meant to be a primarily young-adult targeted show with a story structure similar to Breaking Bad, with the themes and concepts similar to Jurassic Park. 

In an effort to promote YouGeniX, Jake Miller starred, wrote and directed a series of four short films called "the YouGeniX Shorts." The idea is to create media that YouGeniX would ideally create were they a real company, such as an ad, employee training video, and educational short. On some level, he's trying to blur the lines from reality and fiction, and in the process create an all-encompassing and highly immersive form of entertainment.
